dug--

even if no one sues AWRE, they still wont make much off the IP. and thats their show. at least WSTL has CAP and DMT.

look, we have already been told that BEL deal is not going to be profitable. we have also been told that our projections on deployment are all wrong. we have been mislead from the get go...'just wait until
___ FIB_____ happens...'. i am sick of it. its time for these people to grow up and realize they are working with and losing other peoples money. they either need to grow up or move out of the way. at any rate i dont give them much in the way of longevity.

its always wait just a little while longer. if they could do anything differently, if they had the power (i.e., they could go to BEL, etc. and demand to be able to release news), they would use it. they dont. there is no big contract, and their never will be. it will be a long slow bleed. THERE IS NO REAL BUSINESS HERE.

i see this as a one time thing. 18 months ago, had it worked, it would have really paid off. it didnt. the problem is management never adapted to the new climate. thats why we are in the current malaise.

this is the same thing it was 2 years ago... but the climate has changed dramatically. WSTL has no more power left and is now little different from a knock off modem shop in taiwan.

i now doubt that any buyout will carry more than a 100% premium to the current stock price.

good luck to all,
trey
