And what do those articles say, brees? If what they say is, essentially, it is ok to be a stay at home mom, put family first, blah blah blah... (which is what I suspect) then that is fine. I agree, it is ok, if you want to put family first and work part time, fine. But please dont try to tell me that top career women are deciding to work part time and have no regrets! Give me a break you have got to be kidding. You cannot be the VP engr at a software company and work part time. You cant even manage and work part time. You can probably be a product manager or something - middle management tops.

I think you are misinterpreting the message of these articles. The feminists are saying, redefine your goals - LOWER them - in order to have a family. That is not the same thing as saying you can have it all. I plan to have a family, btw.
