IMHO their compensation should reflect their and the company's performance, and it's our responsibility to not let things like this get out of hand.. No sh*t! Any salesman worth his salt is willing to base most, if not all of his compensation on performance. But then, Yocam is no salesman nor is he a manager or even a technologist. He's a GD bookkeeper with a hand in the cookie jar and a foot out the door. Time to put someone in place who understands and is willing to put his own ass on the line. Yocam just doesn't get it. He looks like the kind of guy where Chili's is his favorite restaurant and he doesn't even know it's a chain.
