I suggest that you, Spidey, take a nice close look at the people Mike Sylver's chosen to do business with over the last two years, and ask youself just WHY he chose those people. Bob Quiel? John Fasano? Both have records with the SEC. Sylver's own account of the disastrous "private placement" deal suggests two possibilities. One is that he's an utter moron. The other I shall leave to your imagination. The DTC and JB Oxford have not, I'm afraid, done any of what you claim. You don't seem to be paying attention: Jeff really HAS talked with the defense attorneys, you know. What was all that stuff about Canaccord suing Oxford? Well, the hell I know, but: I haven't seen or heard if any filings, and JB's lawyer says "HUH?" One more thing I'd like to know: Gary Sylver and Titan Investments are co-plaintiffs in this case. Who's picking up their legal bills? If I were you I'd want to make VERY sure it wasn't AZNT shareholders.
