Creditman, I know you asked Omer, but the answer to your question is: absolutely not! For example take a look at TSQD, which owns a substantial position in DRIV. Each share of TSQD is worth about $2 in DRIV stock, yet TSQD sells for less than an buck.

In DSSI's case I would expect DSSI to sell at at least a 25% discount to the value of the TSEMF shares that it holds, assuming of course that DSSI itself were valued at zero.
