Re the faxed Q NDI release:

I don't see this as a confidence builder for the Q's position. Aside from the strange method of release and uncertainty of authorship, in my experience non-disclosure agreements (NDI) were routinely executed prior to any technical discussions with a potential competitor, and included all areas that might possibly be discussed. I don't see that the existence of the NDI proves these areas were actually discussed, or even that discussions took place. If they did, ERICY would only be obligated to not use this information "--in any other manner than permitted by this agreement"--I.E, not to steal it. IMHO, the NDI itself isn't an admission by ERICY of anything.
