Jim,

This is clearly a case of the floorless preferred stock just swallowing up the whole company. The preferred stockholders have kept shorting and driving the price down, and now even when good news comes out no one has the guts to take on those bastards.

Will be interesting so see if the company can find a sucker to buy them out at this point.
