Hey Louie what's up ?? TSIG Frankie! Good turnaround company
that should start proving itself soon. Oh yeah Louie tell me more . Ok Frankie, well they just recently bought this company called Compact Connections to start selling Music Cards to buy CDs at 10.99 each -- any CD, new ones, old ones, but it does not apply to Box Sets now as far as I know. Yeah but Louie, I can find cheaper sites sometimes then 10.99 for a cd. Yes Frankie, you're right, but those web sites just offer top 25 or top 100 rank CDs on the music chart at the time. What about the other million CDs out there? Frankie we offer every CD for the same low price.

Louie, this is sounding better and better by the minute. Who runs this company, Louie? Well, Frankie, a guy by the name of Robert Gordon. Cool! He is not a ferret is he, Louie? No Frankie why do you say that? Well, Louie, you hired a ferret to do a job and he couldn't get it done. Remember I'M suppose to be dead now. Oh yeah, you're right. Well I guess over then next few months we will find out if Robert Gordon is what he says he is. Ok Louie, I have some more questions though. OK, Frankie, shoot!

Hey Louie I look at these 10k forms and the company looks like garbage.
Frankie, that's why we call it a turnaround company. Whoever ran the company before turned the company upside down. So now we have new owners, new management, and a new concept that will get us in the right direction. OK Louie, what about all these new shares hitting the market. Isn't this Dilution of the company. Yes kinda, Frankie, but Robert Gordon is using this money to pay for bills and new Equipment to update the company. He said when company turns profitable, these shares will be bought back. Can we believe him, Louie? Well, you have to use your own judgement on that one Frankie, but if he wants the company to succeed he will do so. This way shareholder value will increase, which will make us long-term investors happy.

OK Louie what about this PP ( private placement) we keep hearing about?? Good question Frankie. I think RG is trying to make this happen without utilizing a PP at this time. Why would that be ? Right now TSIG has nothing to stand on, so whoever will be giving us this money in the form of a PP probably has a bum deal for us at this time and it can cost shareholders more time before company turns a profit because we have to pay out the rear to
borrow this money. Maybe as we prove ourselves and we still need money, the terms of
the PP will get better. Yes Louie, I agree but how are we suppose to survive? Robert Gordon says we have enough money to get going and IMHO once the site gets up and running, money will not be a issue anymore. Why do yo say that, Louie? Frankie, it's all in the card, buddy. It's all in the card and anyway, Frankie, for us investors it would be better if RG can pull this off without a PP but Im pretty positive that if RG needs a PP, it's there for TSIG to utilize.

Louie, I like these aliases of some posters on here. This is a good quote from one, since it resembles our portfolio at this time LOL "It's down 80% but I am long and strong", " last chance to get in", pretty good, huh?

Let's talk about this Music card now, Louie. Sure thing. Well, at this time there are two cards you can order entitles you to:
1. $9.99 Music Card with 20 music units
2. $15.99 Music Card with 40 music units .

The card gives you the ability to purchase CDs for the low price of $10.99, but remember this does not apply to Box Sets or double CD albums. I'm sure in time TSIG will find a way for you to use the Music Card to purchase Box Sets and so forth, whether it's the use of 2 units on Music Card to save money on these or not. Plus Frankie, here is the killer part about the card. It brings in a HUGE bottom line into TSIG earnings. I see what you mean, Louie. How much can it cost to print up a card?.That's right, Frankie. Almost nothing, so that money helps top line out as well as bottom line. Louie I hate to sound like I'm hyping, but this sounds very big. No Frankie, this can be huge! Oh Louie, we can make millions off this card alone. I know Frankie, and the best part is we are the first company to offer this kind of service . IMHO in the future we might see Book Cards and Video cards and other types of discount cards.

Louie, we have no money to get any kind of supply of CDs. How are we gonna pull this off, buddy? Frankie, Mr. Gordon has worked that out for us . He got a two-year contract with a distributer called Valley Media. All the big CD web sites use their services. They are noted for great services to having a large supply on hand and on-time delivery . Plus, Frankie, this will add to our top line revenues and a small bit to the bottom line. I'm sure we get a little cut from each CD we sell. WOW Louie, this is sounding better by the moment. This is gonna be HUGE for sure.. Plus I would hope we get a cut of shipping costs as well to add towards our bottom line . Frankie I am starting to see how RG is working this whole thing out we can do this with very little overhead so it takes a lot less money to run the company I'm starting to see why TSIG might not need that PP at this time..

You Know Louie this is starting to look like a Marty Frankel post. hehehe. Yes Frankie, but Marty's posts are good. He throws hints in his messages. You just need to pick them out. Plus he is pretty good about finding info out for us from TSIG management . You're right, Louie, it's great to have him on board with us. I couldn't believe some loser recently told him to stop posting. IT ticked me off. Well anyway, let's finish my last few questions up..

So how are we gonna advertise this card, Louie? Well, let's just say RG is pretty tight lipped about that right now, but I hear we have a few advertisements going in next month's issues of Stereo Review and Rolling Stone Magazine plus soon to be web sites -- we will have banners on them as well. Do you think we will make it on any of those big search engines, Louie? All I can say, Frankie, is anything is possible. If the service is good, word of mouth is also the best way of advertising. Plus we might be able to get some big companies that might want to advertise there to draw themselves in some more business. Give me an example, Louie. OK, Frankie, let's take Six Flags for example. OK?. They give us a few bucks and we distribute the cards with their name on it and let's say the card is good for $6 dollars off admission to the park. They get more customers through using us and we give the Music Card holder more value to their purchase of the card . It's a win-win situation, Frankie. Plus, if you look at it, that 9.99 or 15.99 purchase of that Music Card looks pretty cheap now if you use the card to go to Six Flags. There hundreds of examples you can use -- free calling card time for advertising for Sprint, MCI or AT&T . All we have to do is get a big customer base and big companies will think hard about using us TSIG as a way to get new customers in the Door. Louie, this is big, man. Frankie it's HUGE . We can make millions , even billions, if TSIG can make this work.. Well, plus, don't forget our teleservices division as well. I heard Robert Gordon has some good plans in the brewing for that part of the business as well. Louie I have learned so much from this, but I hate putting my credit card number over the NET. No problem, Louie. TSIG has a 1-800 number you can call and it's available 24 hours a day 7 days a week . Wow, I feel more comfortable doing it that way, Louie. TSIG really thought about this long and hard to benefit and help us consumers out in every way. Yes Frankie, they did.
