John,

Don't mind my jive -- I'm just bustin' stones about you "talkin' trash".

Not sure why everyone is so serious in this part of this cyberjoint.

The response to your point about the big increase in shares is tied to the response about the big overhead expenses. Prentis realized he needed to have more "critical mass" to afford the big boys. So he embarked on a series of acquisitions and private placements. This formed the bedrock which allowed the company to do this risky business of drilling for gas.

Don't see where Tomlinson sold very much. He went from a max position of 10.4 mm shares to what looks now to be 9.4 mm shares. He gave away .7 mm shares, so that leaves net sales of just .3 mm shares -- not all that much IMO.

BTW, Prentis' average cost looks to be about $1.80 a share! Wonder if he'll average down as soon as the quiet period re: the US registration is over.

The prospectus says the company has budgeted US$24 mm for the next year's exploration costs. This compares to the current market cap. of just US$21 mm or so. Buy this stock at the current quote and EVERY PENNY of your investment will go into the ground over the next year!

The deeper zones that the next well (the Howell) is targeting in the Oakvale Dome area are potentially worth more than C$1 a share. Check out the Oakvale prospect at the following URL:

The Howell is the thin line that dips down into the H-5 and H-6 zones. Those babies will be this company's salvation -- you watch.

Looks like everyone is content to wait until the Howell starts drilling through the H-5 zone before buying any more of this stock. But from what I hear the first clues we will get about the H-5 zone will be what happens in the Harper zone. Apparently in this area and in this type of play, if the Harper is productive it is pretty likely that the H-5 will be productive too.

With any amount of luck the Howell will be drilling through the Harper zone sometime this week.

Gentlemen, start your engines!
