Les? Your story about demographics may be true, but there sure
wasn't anything about it in that article. From the report:

As I suspected, the increase and decrease in abortion rates is
primarily linked to the demographic shifts taking place. The
recent decrease in abortion rates can be linked to the
increasing proportion of teens that are Hispanic and Asian whose
populations have drastically lower abortion rates than
African-American teens.


??? The statistics above don't really say anything about
demographics, but they show a relatively constant apportionment of
abortions to the various ethnic/race groups cited. Is there something
I missed? Are you maybe thinking of some other paper?
