otcdigest.com Is this scenario ridiculous? -NUOA principals want NASDAQ small cap listing. -rather than reverse split, NUOA effectively does a reverse merger with a shell company with better share structure. Shell applies for NASDAQ listing. -NUOA redistributes shares and warrants in the shell to NUOA owners as dividends. Nice profits for NUOA holders.
