shane, on what basis do you think it is pricey? It spent a few days at $20 a few weeks ago. Personally, I am adding back $49 million of amortization against over a billion of goodwill. That makes "cash" earnings in the area of $1.80. At a shade over 13 times earnings, in my book its cheap here. I think its worth at least $40 today.
