Good question Paul; I have the story as its unfolded over the past couple of months. I've forwarded your post to the IB (Barry Bampton) and asked for his suggestion(conference call) or response. I know we'll get one. I also know that he's up to his neck in the closings for a couple of deals. (What I've been told.) Nothing has changed with the Russians. Financing has been late but still very committed. There has been a wave of margin calls from smaller investors who bought on the strength of tech stock paper profits. And, a major Swiss fund that had bought large volumes of stock from $2 up to $4.5 over the last 6-8 months, the fund manager left. The new manager changed directions and dumped the shares on the market. This has increased the float. This coupled with the MM's going short has killed the stock. IMO, when you see an announcement on anything from PWRE (financing or deal) - make your move. Incredible opportunity.
