QCOM could not do this till ERICY started making absurd claims publicly.

I disagree, Qualcomm brought this to trial now since Ericsson is close to commercially developing a CDMA solution.

This trial should be interesting and I wish Iived in Texas.

Both sides have plenty to lose and plenty to gain.
