I haven't received my prospectus yet, but I am considering it. The IBM arrangement sounds promising, but I sold my other shares after MBE announced they were unhappy with USATT... I still feel positive about USTT's long-term potential and am going to take a real hard look at investing in the new financing... What does the financing package include for investors?
