This is my view of the Irving Goldstein presentation months ago, just refreshing: www3.techstocks.com Clever ways, but data massage post unblinding is not a good FDA way. Check the ERGO debacle, they got a NO from the recommendations advisory board (FDA is not binding to this, but the stock from $18 to $2). But believers are hanging tough, closing a short position here is good idea, then open it back at higher prices. The acceptance of the NDA should be soon in the next few weeks (2 months from application). This is the only short term breath, after that to way 6 months for fast track (this is pure bureaucracy, nothing to do with real urgent needs), or the usual 1 to 2 years. If Schering is strong behind this then fast track is a very real possibility.
