HOLY SMOKES! I just cannot believe this... I was just reading Chris Carolan's book "The spiral calendar" on Full moon predictions of stock market action because I was curious about what the lunar relationship was at the peak of the 1989 Nikkei.

Looks like there was a new moon on the day before the all time high.

Now I still do not fully understand how he makes all his calculations but he made a statement in there and I quote "A sharply rising market into a large cluster at a new moon indicates a potential top on the new moon."

So, realizing we had a strong rally the last couple of weeks, I go to check the date of the intraday reversal we had a few days back and lo and behold! its a new moon right on that day at 10:10 !

Folks, I am no expert on any of this lunar logic, but that intraday reversal we had a few days ago could be marking an important top...(shorter or longerterm I dont know)

P.S. And what is interesting is that Japan also had an intraday reversal on the 22nd Oct a few days back...(allowance for rotation of the earth????!!!)
