If the court takes the piece of note written by Marc Andreeson during the meeting as a solid evidence to be against Microsoft, then the court is just as stupid and Naive
as you are. How can you prove whatever written in Marc's note is exactly presented by Microsoft during the meeting ? How can you prove the note is not a misunderstanding or missinterpretation by Marc Andreeson , or just his own imagination?
Or some kinds of set up to be against Microsoft ? With the same logics, the court should not take any note written by Microsoft people in the meeting as a solid evidence to be against NSCP. Unless all these are recorded message. So, Marc Andeerson is naive and stupid !!!!!!!!!!
