If your looking for short-term possibilities for weakness, I offer this one:
INTC finds a way to push a pile or their net into 1Q97 and 4Q96 income falls a few pennies shy of irrationally exuberant analysts' expectations. Stock which has risen by then to $146 or so gets knocked back to $120 or so. The faint of heart get knocked out.

I'm not an accountant, but some on other threads have said that there are many ways to do this and sometimes companies have very good reasons for doing so.
