Blunder? I would say it was more of an irresponsible action to make him look more presidential. No verification of an extreamly iffy report, kept the plan hidden from his own advisers and pressured the UN not to investigate after.

Bin Laden was there before he was on the nasty list but once he became wanted Sudan booted him out.

One guard died, many people are now out of work and a plant that supplied 60% of the medical drugs for the region is gone. No offer of medical supplies, just another cover up. Sure makes the US look like a nation of bullies.

The embassy bombing that were the excuse for this attack weren't the surprise we were told. Our government was told that the bombings were coming and who was behind them 9 months prior to the blasts.
