Bill: If you did not order the book yet, go to Barnes and Noble. They are selling the book for $39.20. I picked it up for subway reading.

I have found that when any publisher lists a book on their home page, it ordinarily can be purchased from one of the publisher fronts--Amazon or Barnes and Noble--for a much lower price.

These two fronts usually cover just about everything.
