Its a 12 % Senior note in the principle amount of 10,000.00. It includes 15,000 warrants and 1000 shares of preferred class B. The note is payable 12/31/2001.Interest to be paid quarterly. In case of a merger or what they refer to as a usa transaction the preferred stock converts to 40,000 shares. Did you request a copy of the memorandum? Theres a lot of info. I would expect the stock to start trading a little heavy right now with the immediate future looking good. We would most likely see a decent upswing if the qty. of shares wasn't so high. Be interesting to see for the next month or two what increase we will see in the stock with all the positive news coming forward.If I can I will try and figure out how to fax the installation report into my computer. I think you will find it interesting.If you have a means of doing it let me know and I will fax it to you.
