I kinda miss Thomas, if not the load jock routine fashionable in his category. He used to publish real facts amidst the PR, much of the time. That probably made him a security risk during the trial.

That was Harvey's take on the matter, more or less. What's interesting about the form of this trial, with direct testimony in writing, the prosecution/defense order in presentation almost gets reversed, from the news perspective. Warden enjoyed beating up on Barksdale, but we'll see how all those VP's hold up under legal pit bull Boies. I don't think any of those guys have nicknames like "gentleman Jim".

Unfortunately, we won't get to hear Bill himself demonstrate his grace under fire. It'd be nice to see him live telling the world how he can't remember a thing about any of this.
