Terry, This is truly a sign of the end for BICO. The company only wants to raise enough cash to put off bankruptcy for a while longer.

IF the diasensor were selling and if BICO had any real viable products, this additional dilution would be unnecessary. I only wish the best for all of the shareholders. However, I believe that they will have to make up their losses on other stocks.

Thanks for the info...I had missed it.
