Motorola Computer Group Teams WithDialogic to Provide Telephony Products and Services On CompactPCIPlatform October 26, 1998 07:30 AM
TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1998--Motorola Computer Group (MCG) and Dialogic DLGC Monday announced partner agreements aimed at providing new levels of telecommunications solutions utilizing the latest CompactPCI(R) technologies.
MCG will provide CompactPCI platforms to Dialogic's global network of telecommunications partners, who in turn will have access to the Dialogic DM3 architecture and value-added services in a CompactPCI form factor. The robust, carrier grade MCG platform features include: hot-swap capability, environmental qualifications and ease of maintenance, which help meet the strict standards of the telecom industry.

MCG and Dialogic jointly showcase hot swap capabilities using Dialogic's SNMP and BoardWatch(TM) software running on a MCG CPX2208 CompactPCI Telephony platform that will be at a number of industry tradeshows throughout the year.
