For too long, we have concentrated on the technical aspects of the company, without paying as much attention to the financial side. (Most of us are technical types, so that certainly played a major role, but every company still has to be a financial success in order to be deemed successful.) Here is a case where what we learn now may help us in the future, should another financing deal be necessary. At least we will know what to watch out for. You, Greg, and George have done an excellent job of trying to educate the rest of us, despite the glazed look in our eyes. <g> Keep up the good work. I'm learning. Slowly, but I'm learning. Craig
