RK,
Broadvision builds e-commerce solutions. They set up all sorts of sights like airlines, and retailers for online commerce. They also have a bill presenment engine which allows company's to maximize the benefits of bill presentment(such as direct marketing/special offers/product tie ins etc.) I view this as a very positive step for CKFR. Broadvision is making waves and has a strong list of customers.
