Ah Spidey: trying to pass old news off as relevant to the case as it has evolved to date really won't do.

Two important points you don't address:

1. The temporary restraining order was on 2 October replaced by the injunction we're all familiar with by now. Said injunction bars the defendants from trading in the stock in question, but does not require that any of it be "returned" to anyone else.

2. TranSecurities, fed up with AZNT, resigned as their transfer agent.
