Simply because it is a buyers market and Armada would not be able to get a good value for these assets. Patience is needed. Progress is being made on the copper side, waiting to see how much Armada will have to come up with and when. News should be forthcoming on the gold front as well. Eventually, Armada will have to consolidate its huge number of shares outstanding. This is a big handicap right now. Then it should be able to do a financing. It might be interesting if the Company did a rights issue, allowing current shareholders to purchase shares directly.
