Tench,

K7 will support up to 8-way servers.

K7 die size is 184 mm2 in 0.25 micron.

(slightly larger than Celeron).

K7 die will be sub 100mm2 in 0.18 micron.

K7 supports up to 8MB of L2 cache(could be important for servers?).
