SETO HOLDINGS, INC. -Formally Semicon Tools Inc.- Announced the Expansion of the Board of Directors and the Establishment of a Advisory Board

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-Oct. 26, 1998--Seto Holdings,Inc. (OTC BB: SETO - news) appointed Tan Hun Chin to its Board of Directors. Mr. Tan, who has been an advisor to SETO for more then 3 years, brings extensive Malaysian and, in general, international experience to the Company.

Responding to its needs mandated by its substantial growth prospects, the Company formed an Advisory Board by appointing Messrs. Geoffrey Lee, Joel Rado, Paul A. Alper, Richard G. Klein Esq. And Ch'ng Kee Guan. Mr. Pian, President of Seto, pointed out that ''Messrs. Lee's, Ch'ng's and Rado's extensive international background are in keeping with SETO's diversity objectives''. In addition, the President said '' I believe this advisory Board has the mix of talents and backgrounds we were seeking, to assist in moving the Company forward.''

a) Director

Tan Hun Chin - Mr.Tan, domiciled in Malaysia, sits on the board of several private Malaysian companies for which he has worked extensively in the capacity of Corporate and Financial Consultant. Mr. Tan has Management and Business degrees from the United Kingdom and Canadian Universities and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia.

b) Advisory Board

Paul B. Alper - is a consultant specializing in business and strategic management problems. Responsible for the general management functions, he has managed and administered eight (8) limited partnerships with a total of approximately $7,000,000 raised. Earlier, Mr. Alper was President and Chief Financial Officer of a small public company. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree and a MS in Industrial Management with an emphasis in Business Administration.

Ch'ng Kee Guan - Mr. Ch'ng, domiciled in Malaysia is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Southern Plastic Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian public company. He has over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry. He is currently a Council Member of the Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association, the national association representing the plastics industry.

Geoffrey P.J. Lee - Mr. Lee, domiciled in Malaysia, Chief Executive Officer of Pohmay Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian public company he founded. It is a producer and retailer of innovative and high quality furniture, made of rattan and wood based material, sold in a number of countries including some in Europe, the Middle East and in the U.S.A. Mr. Lee is also the president of Evergreen Paradigm Sdn Bhd a private company manufacturing thermoelectric cells. Prior to Pohmay, Mr. Lee had a substantial background in the manufacture of cane furniture. In 1990 his company won the Fourth International Europe Award, an outstanding award endorsing the quality of a company's products.

Richard G. Klein - Mr. Klein is an attorney, a partner in the New York City firm of Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross, LLP since 1995 and is a member of the New York Bar. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Law degree from New York University. His expertise lies principally within the areas of corporate and securities law, including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions.

Joel C. Rado - Mr. Rado is currently the founder and President of IMS, Integrated Management Solutions Inc. Armonk N.Y., a firm providing computer related services to small and mid sized business requirements including internet and web site development, customized training, application design and development, and network engineering. He has assisted many business managements to blend information system requirements into their operational and strategic plans. Mr. Rado has over 25 years of IBM Corporate responsibility and accomplishment in a broad range of computer and information services. He has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Management, from Mercy College, New York and IBM management training programs.
