Don: I spoke to Dining this morning for an update as follows: - The machine for wood chips is being looked at today by the purchasers prior to delivery. I was under the impression this machine was operating for a while now. Surprised to find it hasn't shipped yet. - Same old stuff on the sludge and rubber, nothing fundamentally new. - Expected financing to close last week. It did not as to some glitches concerning individuals that brought the deal to the table. Looking for additional compensation of sorts it appears. Difficult to say if this is significant. Hope not. If you can add anything on the financing, please do. This is the major hurdle that needs to be completed before the company can proceed in a positive fashion. jmt
