Hi!

Thanks for the prompt response! I agree that on balance, the gfx is better than both the multilink and the Nir but the differences are not sufficient. In Europe, the market shares are not the far apart and the ;ast I heard, the Nir was #1 with the AVEI just behind and GDT just behind that. I continue to believe, confirmed by several interventional cardiologists, that bundling will be very important and that on balance the one who bundles the best will win.

I am sure that there are situations where the interventional guy will argue that he or she must have the flexibility and I am sure that the hospital, for clinical reasons, will allow it. However, I think that you will find that such situations will represent only a small portion of the market, in which the AVEI could have a preferential position.

Agree on the peripheral stents but it is a little to far out to help the current stock price. The valuation is low but most investors feel that the risk is too great. they want to see how the competitive situation plays out over the next two quarters before committing to it. the shorts are eager to see this get pummeled and are working hard towards that.

For my part, assuming that Miller doesn't over-negotiate himself out of deals, AVEI should be able to better position itself for the future. If all works out in the next 6 months, the stock is very cheap. I will no more after the AHA meeting.

Greetings
