Steve, Josh: I am not saying I like what happened. Somewhere else I even suggested that this has happened way too often this year (NMBS, QDEK, GSNX) with IBD features on New America page preceding a fall. The feature coverage was due to Previous Track Record in each case. None of these companies has recovered, but NMBS is optimistic. Nimbus and SEMX have something in common: both spent money on new facilities in anticipation of growth. Why do you say they will Never recover from this? It's one aspect of their business that stumbled. I used to be the guy who did the Financial News for a company I worked for... I did the annual reports, I sent out the releases. Sometimes the news was better than other times... but the company was growing for the eight years I was there, and one bad quarter does not mean the end of the story for a company. HOWEVER, a lengthy lawsuit would certainly be a distraction away from doing what the CEO ought to be doing, which is to grow the company. What a waste of time and company resources. All I am saying is that I would rather get back what we lost by seeing the company get on with the business of growing the company. I do not see anything gained by a lawsuit....
