I too share your concern with the large short position, but I think this has come about because of a strong feeling that THQI was going to have less than expected results and negative future comments regarding the company (Similar to the comments from Midway Games). This was not the case. On the contrary, BF's comments were even stronger than I had expected.

I am not sure at what level all the shorting was done at, but as we get into the $20+ range there will be covering, and it could be heavy.

I have been in THQI since it was trading at $3.25 pre-split, and BF's comments were incredibly confident. I think we could do a lot worse with our stock investments in these market conditions. People talk about value investing, well this would certainly qualify as one of those such "Value Stocks" (IMHO).
