Jhild, as you know many companies have been set up to be bought-out by larger companies. MSFT has been targeted as a buyer of other companies for years. There is and always has been a school of thought...we can call it conjecture with no real basis or fact yet unproven, not sure which one. Anyway it has been said that NSCP had that goal in mind...to be boughten by MSFT, and when they were rejected or ignored the real battle began. Both would be happy to see the other fall into that abyss. Whatever happens in this trail, much will be exposed about both sides, it's entertaining to say the least.
