I'm not enthusiastic about Watson. Their earnings, sales, and book value ratios are like the ratios for Merck or Pfizer or Lilly. The price to sales ratio is 10. But I don't get the impression that Watson has the pipeline that Merck et. al. has. I will look into it further, but think I may take my profit and invest the cash elsewhere. I wonder if there is any possibility of a bidding war for THRT?
