Citibanks's new web banking sucks! I have had to shift over to using Citi's web site in order to download my Visa transactions into Quicken, (and for no other purpose) because they have discontinued their dial-in access. It is sloooooooow, even with a 56k modem. I called them to complain and to ask if my problem arises from connecting through AOL, but was told that AOL is actually faster than other ISPs. One positive note -- the tech guy who answered on a Sunday was very helpful and honest -- he admitted the web site was slower than the previous dial-in connection.
