Mike, the strong are getting mightier. CPQ,IBM,DELL,HWP,DEC,INTC,MSFT,ORCL,CA,ETC.

Look at the charts. Look at the fundamentals. No evidence of a reversal. Strong bull indicators.

Remember when I joked with you about who would earn $10.00 per share first, CPQ, or INTC? We now have estimates for INTC for 1997, and CPQ for 1998. $10 is a reality for both these companies. Why? Because of market upgrades and market growth. The only way I see this trend stopping, is for a new company to come along with a better mouse trap. But these companies are constantly creating and defining new mouse traps themselves, with the critical mass and huge resources they have developed. Forecasts do indicate a 30-35% growth in corporate sales. Is this too high? Let's say yes, cut it in half. 15-17.5% growth. This rate still equates for CPQ and others for much higher valuations of their stock. This stuff is not manna, but its close. LF
