Good point. Some things I noted from LNET's 10K are that they are only targeting the 100+ room hotels, as their system is not cost effective for hotels with less than 100 rooms. Also, they believe they have the only system that is cost effective for 100 to 150 room hotels. Therefore, they are a significant direct competitor for a portion of CCAK's target market, but probably the only one, as the major providers only target 150+ room hotels. Also, it seems that LNET is a satellite based system as compared to an internet based system, which may cost significantly more to install and maintain. It would be interesting to do a direct cost/benefit analysis of the two systems. I'll see what I can do.

By the way, the announced acquisitions have been completed and they are on target to have 10,000 rooms in operation by year end. Plus, this is not their only business, so the risk here isn't so great as all the make or break single-minded opportunity companies out here in BB land.
