Sales of TR3.....?

I really don't think it's about which game might sell the most and therefore take marketshare from its competitor....

One major item forgotten from discussions here is that TR3 already has a huge acquired customer base, mostly thanks to having developed a real brand with a very recognizable and likeable hero (heroine in this case) ! No other game out there can claim to have such continued visibility/appeal.

I don't indeed know of anyone having played TR who might buy TR3 only if the engine looks better or if the story is great...they just want more adventures with their heroine, and all the better if there are improvements in the engine/looks etc....

The question therefore is not whether Lara will outsell whatever other game but how much additional marketshare the Lara franchise can get from its next release !? It may have to fight for this with competitors .....

So we are looking at another sweet success in the making, just how sweet will it be ?.....
