Cable tv is different from cable Internet. The cable industry doesn't have a clue about what's in their interest. This ignorance is an outcome of decades of protection. You can't identify what is in your interest. Regulators, delimiters, will always make the wrong decisions. Whatever they do will benefit whomever is the pioneer. What you see as negative for ATHM in the common carrier status and other anti-competitive war on wealth agendas, I see as beneficial. Not in the super long term, but definitely in the effective investment horizon. ATHM floats on top of all these troubled seas. All they need to do is go with the flow.
