I am merely relaying what Templeton told me...no, I have not seen the papers....apparently there was some work to do with the with FY96 numbers....yes, we've heard this before...so, we don't seem to have much leverage here, except to wait and see...and complain if nothing happens. Perhaps someone who lives nearby could stop by the office and ask to see them.
