Paris, I just had a conversation with Mr. Peter Benz, President of KAHI. His number is (650) 340-1074 and we spoke at 1550 today 26 Oct 98. The IPO is a "go" at 6.00. The only variable is the actual date. The underwriter says it will happen before year end, and the range of 15-30 Nov 98 is a "good range". In addition, Mr. Benz expects the IPO price of 6.00 to remain "firm", and the infusion of cash will have a positive impact on the company and the stock. My conversation was brief, but these are the keys elements I acquired from the conversation.
