and BTW, they have not proven to be either corrupt nor incompetent.

Who hasn't?

CYGS has been a disaster since its inception. Incompetence at best.

Or were you perhaps talking about AZNT? As I'm getting really tired of saying, there are only two possibilities here. The first is that Mike Sylver is a complete idiot willing to hand over 4MM shares of stock without payment. I leave the second to your imagination.

And as far as Corwin Riddell is concerned, Hoggie, you're anything but objective. As I've asked others: have YOU ever offered any substantive information? Sorry, but the only real information that's ever been posted either at CYGS or at AZNT has been posted by us. Company press releases really don't count. You can get 'em at Yahoo.

But let's talk just a bit more about AZNT, okay?

What should the serious investor think of a CEO who:

1. Issues tens of millions of shares to himself, his family, and other insiders in the space of a two-year period?

2. Is, as far as his personal finances are concerned, a proven deadbeat? (My own favorite: the bill for he failed to pay the pediatrician.)

3. Seems to be involved with quite a number of shady characters and entities: Andy Mann, Bob Quiel, John Fasano, and so on. Oh yeah. Mere coincidence. Hey Hoggie, ever bother REALLY to take a look at Fasano and Quiel?

4. Who, if we're to take the LV Sun article seriously, planned to stick it to his shareholders by negotiating a Reg-S deal?

5. Who claims to be The Alexander of Shortbusting, but who (or, I must qualify this: maybe it was dear old Dad) lent Mann 480K shares of AZNT stock?

I mean REALLY.
