I was always objective. My belief is that why would Ericsson go to court if they think they are going to lose? Statements like "Ericsson will lose and it will be payback" are extremely unsupported. Ericsson has a chance of winning (on some matters).

Technically, the patents which were amended under the re-exam are stronger.

However, this could be no more than a Harassment suit.
