Does anyone remember the reason given by PAIR ceo on cnbc for not
looking for a buyer ?

I think its time for the ceo to revisit its logic and start looking
for a buyer today. I have been a PAIR long for quite some time but
I am now loosing faith in the mgmt. I think the ceo himself admitted
in the last conf. call that they are not going to fight accounts where
competeitors are selling below cost. Its time for PAIR to get a clue
and either find a way to sell into those accounts (stronger, feature
rich product) or, merge with a bigger player (Lucent ?) so that they
can compete in those situations.

The only problem that I have with a merger is that PAIR will probably
go for around $12-$15 but thats better than 8 anyday.

Just look at SHVA, the proud, the mighty - I know it for a fact that
they turned down a double digit offer last year. Finally, INTC picked
them up for mere scrap. PAIR should avoid this fate and get a relatively good price while the demand is still there.

My other fear is that PAIR will try to make a dumb aquisition to complement their product line and cost us a lot more.

If PAIR cannot build shareholder value even after a 10% buyback, they
should give up and sell NOW!
