Well Mr.K, Im not sure if that article was responsible journalism or not, because I pulled it out of thin air after doing a search on the web. I wanted to illustrate another example of the right wing out of control, and there it was staring me right in the face. Oh and by the way, you missed the point of course. The point is, Honig was elected. The right didnt like it, and they went after him. Not acceptable. In my opinion, when we have an election, for president or school superintendent, or anybody, then that means we leave that person in office until the next election at which point a new winner is chosen. The right doesnt seem to understand this. Instead they feel that it is up to them to (uhh...) take god into their own hands and do anything they can to humilate any elected official that doesnt subscribe to their so-called lifestyle and force them to resign in disgrace, or, at a minimum weaken that office considerably. I find this practice detestible, hypocritical, etc. and I will fight to remove any influence from this group of self proclaimed holyer than thou bible thumpers. I think my money may have done some good in Ca because I contributed to the Dem candidate for governor and if that isnt a backlash against these rightwing nutcases, I dont know what is.
