NSCP Obstruction and Failure to Disclose:

Source CBS Market Watch

In court filings on Monday, Microsoft cites the Justice Department's June 22 subpoena
demanding "all documentary material" from Netscape. The same filings charge Netscape
failed to turn over all the documents relating to the trial, including Reback's letter, which
could help Microsoft's case.

Reback's letter didn't mention the alleged proposal by Microsoft to carve up the market, and
Microsoft's lawyers asked U.S. Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson to punish Netscape for
failing to disclose the letter with other pre-trial documents.
