I'm not shrugging off the accounting fiasco that brought this stock down. But in view of the pending class action shareholder suit I'm afraid we will not hear public statements regarding information that may be material to that suit, even if they wanted to explain. I agree ADVH is highly speculative as an investment at this time and this is not the place to put the rent money.

However I don't think that the management is criminal, just inexperienced. And part of what drove this stock out of favor was out of their control, the bankruptcy of FPAM and the multiple woes of MDM and PHYC. A good friend of mine warned me not to get too caught up in the stock because, as he said, "They are doing what you have said was needed for the past five years." So I'm admittedly very positive regarding their approach to the PPM business and Dr Chart.

But I agree, as stocks go, this is bottom fishing.
